Can't open .psb file error

Hello!

Can't open .psb file... got an error " Could not complete your request because of program error"

Few days ago same file worked..

All PSB file fail or particular psb files fail? If not all how big is the PSB file that fails.  If not too big can you upload it and post a link to it so we can test to see if we can open it.   Is the problem in the file or in Photoshop.

I believe your log is unrelated to the problem  I find no such file on my system
