I've been editing a new set of graphics and when i went to paste the copied frames of my gif onto my main project the option appears greyed out - despite it working fine on the previous project i had finished editing moments ago. How do i fix this?

Alright, i deleted the entire original psd and started a new one. Somehow this seems to have fixed the issue

Before you can Paste frames you need to copy frames  are you sure you copied frames?

@JJMack I'm absolutely sure the frames have been copied. The paste option works if i start a new project but not on the project i'm currently working on

    Hi Howleena,

That isn't a great user experience, we're sorry to hear about this. Which version of Photoshop are you using?

Could you please restore Photoshop app preferences to default and let us know if the issue still persists?

Please refer this article for instructions on how to restore Photoshop preferences:

    Thanks,

I'm using CS6 currently. I've tried resetting my preferences but the problem still persists.
