Can't render video in PS 25.6

I have windows 11. I have been using Adobe Media encoder in PS for 3 years without issues. Now when I try to render video it locks up and I have to use task manager to close PS25.6. When I search for Adobe Media incoder to uninstall and reinstall it says it isn't there. My error says," Can't render video because there is a problem with Media Encoder. I should not have to buy Media encoder since it came with PS to begin with. All I do is splice or cut the video to shorten it. I don't do any special effects

I recommend looking at the various tutorials on Adobe's website. Media Encoder is not an editor, you have to use Photoshop, Premiere, and/or After Effects to make edits to a video.

If you do not see it in your plan, try this page:

This is way too complicated. I was using media encoder in PS and I could see my video I was editing the whole time. Now I am taken into a different program and I can't see my video. I don't use anything other than the cut or split tool. Very simple. How do I get the media encoder back into PS Please. I am paying monthly. I am missing out on excellent videos. Please help!

Have you tried the approach @Hannah Nicollet mentions in post 1?

Edit: I am referring to the creation of a "dynamiclinkmediaserver Log.txt"-file.

Hi @Okieowlnut what plan are you subscribed to? You should find Media Encoder in the Creative Cloud Desktop App under Apps/Video

This is all I want to do in Media encoder. Split, cut and export. Can Media encoder do this? If so how?

No Media Encoder is simply a conversion tool. You can split videos in Photoshop.
