Can't save for web in Photoshop 19.1.6

Whenever I use the save for web feature, I get this message: currently running 19.1.6

Sorry to hear about the save for web issue you're facing, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're working with?

You may try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps.
