Can't save in EPS format on 2020 M1 MacBook Air

In the "Save As" menu, Photoshop EPS is not an option. Nor is it an option in "Export As."

The file in question is 8 bit color.

 

2020 M1 Macbook Air

Photoshop version 22.4.1
