Can't save JPG or PNG due to Generator error

Half of the time I cannot save photos because I will receive an error stating there is a problem with the generator. I've restarted my computer. I uninstalled it last week and it worked for around 24 hours before it showed up again. This keeps delaying my work so I would appreciate any help I can receive.
