Can't save/open JPEGS or paste anything into photoshop

Updated Windows 10, and now Photoshop is giving me problems.

-When I try to open (some) JPEGS, I get: "Could not complete your request because of a problem parsing the JPEG data."

-When I try to save a project as a JPEG, I get: "Could not complete the Save As command because there is not enough memory (RAM)."

-When I try to paste a copied image, I get: "Could not import the clipboard because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered."

I have updated Photoshop, updated Creative Cloud, uninstalled and re-installed Photoshop, uninstalled and re-installed CC. Have also "repaired."

There are ways around each of the above errors but it wastes so much time and the program in general is just running slower and everything looks blurry.

Hoping someone knows the solution?!? Beyond frustrated.

Try this Error while accessing performance preferences - 'An integer between 96 and 8 is required.' The solution has helped others who reported similar problems.

There have been many threads lately about not enough memory (Ram) problems in this forum and there are some solution in these threads.  I would suggest you search for these threads.
