Can't save to document cloud

I would really appreciate if anybody can help me. I know this problem has been discussed before so I have looked at the replies but couldn't find the right answer, hence my post. The option to save on cloud doc is greyed out When I try to save a document in photoshop. However, this option comes back only when I sign out and sign in but lasts only once then back again to the same problem. I am on photoshop 24.7. any help would be apprecuated. I have attached a screen shot for illustration
