Can't see navigation bar (Windows 10 desktop)

Hi, I just installed Photoshop 2020, but currently I can't see the menu bar, though it's still functional. Attached is an image of what it looks like. Wasn't sure where to report this, is anyone else having this trouble? I tried reinstalling and updating video cards, but nothing seemed to work.

Thank you for the quick reply! I figured it out from that post, I had to go to device manager and disable one of my two video cards. Kind of annoying, but at least it works now!

It's not just the main menu, all your menu's and headings are messed up (missing).

If you go into the preferences (good look getting there if you can't use the menu easily :D) and fiddle around with the options under "Interface" can you kick into life? I am thinking specifically options around colours and scaling. It's almost like you need it to reload, so doing that may make it do something. You may have to set an option, close it and re-open it.

Also are you using any Windows scaling options (OS scaling not PS)?

Not using windows scaling (I have the default 100%), do you have a screenshot of the "Interface" settings? Thanks for the quick response and the help!
