Can't see startscreen anymore in photoshop. the home button is greyed out also?

Hi, i hope that sombody can help me with this problem:

Can't see startscreen anymore in photoshop. the home button is greyed out also?

In Illustrator I still can see the homescreen.

I tryed to remove the preferences in Lybrary but that didn't help.
I installed e few ealyer versions of photoshop and that didn't help eather?

Any suggestions?
