can't start Photoshop app

My photoshop app on Windows will not open at all.  I was just using it yesterday, but today it will not open at all.  What is the solution?  I click the icon and it spins but does not open the app at all.  I am a professional photographer and need a solution to this problem quickly.

Is there a support line that I can call or email?  I cannot find any technical support numbers or emails on this page.
