Can't uninstall Photoshop 2023 (solved)

I have Photoshop 2024 installed, and I can't uninstall the 2023 version. It's taking up over 9gb of disk space. Note: the old version is NOT listed in Adobe CC, it only shows up in Windows "Installed Apps" (see pic). When I choose uninstall, it will open Adobe CC, where it appears as if it's uninstalling, but the process goes by in a flash and then nothing actually gets done.

I already tried uninstalling the 2024 version and then tried uninstalling 2023. No dice. Reinstalling the 2024 version also didn't fix it. Help?

Edit: SOLVED. I finally fixed it -- I found a way to reinstall the 2023 version (in CC, next to Photoshop 2024, click on the three dots and look for "other versions". Find the specific version that needs to be reinstalled.). Then I was able to completely uninstall it after. I have been trying for such a long time and I can't believe I finally thought of the solution minutes after posting this question, LOL.

I'm leaving this up in case other people have the same issue.

How can you program a software that can not be uninstalled? I don't have a licence anymore (so can not  log into Creative Clouds), I don't want to look in App folders for uninstall codes.. It should be just possible to remove, period. If can not, it's a terrible programming and bad customer approach.

Hello. I am having the same issue. I tried the solution above and when I scroll through the list of other versions, the adobe photoshop 2023 is not listed there. It take up 8 gigs on my laptop and I am super annoyed by the fact that I can't delete it. The version is 24.5.0.500

What are the solutions for this or any I suppose to just reformat the whole system to get rid of that.

Check your application folder for Photoshop. Inside each individual version is an uninstall application you can execute on your own without the CC desktop app.
