Can't upload a mp3 file onto my video

 I have tried several audios including small files. Please help-

Without any specific info about the MP3's specs and where it came from nobody can tell you much. that said, it's general good practice in video editing to convert such files to AIFF/ WAV using Audition or other dedicated audio processing tools.

I have tried several mp3 from various sorces including adobe.

Helly Mylenium, thank you for your response. Like i told you before I tried several mp3 files from various sources. I did as you said, and converted to aiff and I got the same problem. Thank you so much and look forward to hearing from you.

I ended up figuring it out aparently you cannot use a file which is on your downloads.
