Can't use 3D in Photoshop CC

I've been trying to use 3D in Photoshop with either a Smart object or text converted to a shape but the 3D options are all grey'd out. Is there a preference I don't have setup properly? My computer is a MacBook Pro w/Retina display and 16gb of ram.

Hi,

Make sure your document is RGB color. You'll also need to make sure the GPU option is enabled for the document.

Go to Help > System info and click copy. Then paste the info into this thread and we may be able to see what is preventing you accessing 3D

Hi

3D is not working for you because you are not using a genuine copy of Photoshop. Adobe have never sold a Perpetual Licence for Photoshop CC.

The hackers who crack these things often break functionality such as 3D and are also known for slipping other unwanted malware into the installation.

Hello i am having problems using 3d in photoshop. I made sure graphics processor was working and that stopped all the options from being greyed out but now its still not working and gives me this message.

Photoshop 3D features is not enabled on Win 32 bit systems. You may also want to update your video card drivers as your current driver is 5 years old.
