Can’t Use Generative Fill on Photoshop iPad – No User Consent Option

New Here ,
May 13, 2025 May 13, 2025

Hello,

I’m using Photoshop on my iPad and I’m trying to use the Generative Fill feature, but it says “User consent not provided” and doesn’t let me proceed.

I checked my Adobe account, but I can’t find any option to give consent for using Generative AI or Firefly.

How can I enable this feature on the iPad version? Is there a specific setting or page where I need to accept the terms?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey, @gutstoli. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed your account, and you have an EDU Plan that includes Photoshop iPad.

Has this started to happen since a recent update for Photoshop or iPadOS? As a test, try using Photoshop on the web (https://adobe.ly/3GTuy4C) on a computer and check if the Generative Fill works for you.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
