Can´t use LRC or PS with Photography subscription anymore

I have a 20 GB Photo subscription but now i cant use PS or LRC with my desktop anymore. I was able to use both before. I can only make a new subscription inside the creative cloud for both seperatly. Did they changed something in the subscriptions?

    Check you Plan subscription at https://account.adobe.com/

    Do you have the Photography Plan (20GB) or the Lightroom Plan 1TB ?

    (Lightroom-Classic and Photoshop are only available in the Photography Plan.)

    Try Signing Out of the Creative Cloud Desktop App and then Sign In again with the correct User ID that you used to purchase the Plan.
