Can Template Kits in Photoshop be used for commercial use?

I've looked around and I'm new so I don't know if I just can't find the answer, but when you create a new file they'll give you all those template options and I'm wondering if I can use them in merchandise I wish to make.

For example under Art & Illustration, using the enchanted watercolor kit template and taking a flower and using it in a product I would sell.
