Can you even out colors on roof shingles

Can anyone help me understand how to make these shingles look uniform? I.e. take out the blemishes without taking out the texture, I have tried a number of things but cant quite seem to get it. Any help is appreciated, but the more detailed instructions the better!

A quick and easy way to improve the evenness is to use the Camera RAW filter and move the Clarity slider to the left.
