Hello,

It seems that damage occurred during storage.

I tried to repair with PSD repair kit, but failed.

Would that be saving across a network to a server or NAS drive, rather than saving to local drive?

If you can't recover the file with recovery software, it's permanently damaged/corrupted.

I'd be more concerned with where the corruption happens - usually a drive about to fail, or possibly bad RAM. If you haven't already, make backups ASAP! Don't do anything, just copy everything off disk. The main thing is to stop further corruption.
