Community Beginner ,

I haven't downloaded the app yet as I don't want to waste my time, I also am unsure if this is the correct place to ask this, but does the ipad version of photoshop allow you to edit gifs? For example, if I were to find and save a gif overlay, would I be able to open it and place it on an image to then animate it? Or is that not available yet on the ipad version of photoshop? Thank you for taking the time.
