Can you insert a frame between 2 existing frames using animdessin2 in photoshop?

There is a button in animdessin2 that is labeled "create inbetween" but it just seems to create a new frame at the end of the timeline instead of inserting a new blank frame inbetween the 2 selected frames or at the playhead. What is the purpose of the "create inbetween" button if not to insert a frame? Are we stuck just creating new frames and dragging them where they need to be from the end of the timeline? Loving the extension! Maybe I'm just confused...

If you are using third party extension then try to contact developer or look for video/writen tutorial how to use extension.

In a Frame aninmation timeline you can use the timeline's fly-out menu item tween.
