can you recover unsaved files photoshop 2022

Help! Please!! PS 2022 crashed and closed all of my unsaved files (I know I should have been saving them). Is there a way to recover the files on a Mac? Thank you!!!!!

Did you restart Photoshop after the crash? 

If you set a meaningful interval for »Automatically Save Recovery Information Every:« there should be files in the PSAutoRecover-folder. 

But Photoshop would normally open them when starting the next time anyway. 

If Smart Objects were involved some of those might still be in the temp-folders.
