Hi @Joanna22264877ko82 In order to download and install Photoshop CC and receive updates, you need to have an Adobe ID and the Creative Cloud desktop app. Have you set those up already? With access to Photoshop via your university, the department that holds the user license for students will be able to assist you with installation and activation on your Mac. This is a user-to-user forum, and we don't have access to your account information. You can find more info on student access here: Adobe Creative Cloud for students and teachers | Adobe Creative Cloud

Hi Joanna,
Unfortunately, your MBP does not meet the minimum specs for current Photoshop versions.
Your OS needs to be at least Catalina (10.15), the processor does not support Metal, and your graphics card clocks in at 630 operations/second well below the 2,000 ops/sec minimum.
You will need a newer laptop in order to install and run the software.

Ah, I see that now, too bad. Kevin, is there another older version that might work with this system if her school has access to it?

They'll need to request a download link from Adobe customer support

They'll need to contact their schools administrator to accomplish this. Individual users will not be able to use a direct download for a managed/enterprise/educational site license agreement.
