Cannot find colorise option in hue/saturation adjustment layer

I've created a dust layer on which I've used a cloud brush to get a smokey effect.  However, when I clip & mask a hue/saturation adjustment layer to it I cannot see the colorize tab which will assist with changing the colour of the dust.  Any ideas?

The colorize checkbox is in the panel below the sliders. Do you need to expand the panel?

If not that please show a screenshot of the Hue/Sat adjustment layer properties  panel.
