Cannot launch PortraitPro Body studio 3 Plug-in in Photoshop CC ( 23)

Currently running Monterey OS12.6.1 on a Mac Mini M1

I can run the lastest PortraitPro Studio plug-in fine in Photoshop, but not the PortraitPro Body Studio plugin. I get an error from Photoshop (when trying to run the plug-in install "Photoshop does not recognize this type of file."

Uninstall / Install = No change.

Can't run Rosetta as it is not an option in Photoshop CC 23.

Anthropics tech support for the last week has been of little to no help

Any ideas/fixes?  Thanks.
