Cannot locate linked assets

Can someone please help me with this popup. I don't have the links to 'relink' and when I press OK it won't allow me to click anything. The images are locked. The first time I open this file everything was fine, second time, eveything locked. Can someone help me solve this problem so that my artboards are editable.

The message is telling you the images are linked to a creative cloud library. If you were able to access the images once before then perhaps you are not logged into your Creative Cloud account, or the Library with the images was renamed or deleted.
