Cannot use Filter Gallery - Seems like a glitch! Help.

Hi all,

I'm trying to use a filter gallery - but everything comes up black, I can't even see the examples/any titles or anything. I'm not sure whats going on - anyone else had this problem?

Also - It is on RGB 8 bit. I have reset preferences. I have checked to see if the image is too large. Its been happening since I updated last week.
