Just downloaded the Canon Professional Print and Layout app. It installs into Lightroom as a plug-in but cannot find Photoshop 2023. It finds 2022 and 2020 but not using these. Any ideas please.

The Canon installer is putting files in the wrong  place on Mac OS.

The correct placement is Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2023/Plugins/PPL

The installer is placing them in Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2023/Plugins/Generator/PPL

Move the plugins to the correct folder and it will work.

@Kevin Stohlmeyer Hi, I hope the new year is off to a good start for you, is this still the case do you think? I have a client who mentioned installing to macOS Sequoia and it's not showing up  in PS

thanks

Hi Neil - not sure as I have not tested anything Canon related on Sequoia since upgrading. I would assume so since I also have not seen specific Sequoia installers available yet.

There have been a few reports of issues with the Canon software/driver depending on the model. But the real fix is, contact Canon.

The other question I'd have that may help 'fix' this is this: Why do you have three major versions of Photoshop installed? That can't be helpful to the round trip from LR to PS and back (although it should always default to the latest version, going full circle to contacting Canon).
