cant crop

Hi everyone, i have error with crop in ps, error like this:cannot complete the request because the received document is too large.

I just take image in the web, ctrl+c and ctrl+v in ps,ry crop and see error;

second try i save image on pc and open in ps,but i also cant crop image;

third try, i download new version ps,was 2018,download now 2019,but nothing,also see same error

dont find solution to the problem and write here

What are the Crop Tool’s settings (see Options Bar)? 

Wht are the image’s pixel dimensions?

493,421 inches at 239,37ppcm may be too big indeed.

Try clearing the values or set to Ratio instead of »W x H x Reso…«.
