Question

Cant use any apps because of this error unless i sign in to another User on Windows.

I tried resigning in, restarting, cleaning with ACC Cleaner tool.  I can only use apps if I Log in with a another windows user. I need a proper solution please. Thanks.

reset the problematic user's preferences.

Yes, reset preferences.

 

Preferences are user account specific. If it works in a different user account, then it's corrupt preferences.

How do i reset preferences? I assume you mean the preferences in the Creative Cloud App because i cant even open the other apps. And I dont see a reset button in the preferences section there
