cant use my photoshop after update

Hi updated my photoshop today and when i went to use it after wards pressed new file and it started flashing

so i cant use it at all now what should i do

i haveAdobe Photoshop Version: 24.3.0 20230316.r.376 37b4b38 x64Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit

i need this to work as i edit all my photography pictures using photoshop
