Canvas Scrolling

New Here ,
May 01, 2018 May 01, 2018

When I am trying to move text, or paint with a brush - can be with my mouse or my tablet - the canvas will scroll instead of moving text or painting/cloning. Am I missing a setting on this?

What version of PS and OS do you have, there was a similar issue caused by a Microsoft update and has been recently fixed

Hi

Although you say Windows is "up to date" have you checked that you have Microsoft update KB4093105 that is referenced in the link Ged gave you? If not, the instructions to download are in that link.

I had the same issue last week.  Windows was showing as up to date but run a check for updates again as that fixed it for me.  All fine again now.
