Canvas Size Shortcut Inoperable (Brave Web Browser)

I am reasonably sure this started right after I installed the Brave web browser  which, AFAIK, is the only way to play YouTube videos with without the annoying adverts.  Since installing Brave, the Ctrl Alt C Canvas Size shortcut no longer works.  I turned off what I think are all the Brave processes that load at start up (Windows 11), but even if I restart the computer, and go straight to Photoshop, the Canvas Size shortcut does not work.

Brave has a shortcut editor that is supposed to open with Ctrl + /  but I have not been able to get that to work.  I have even tried making a Photoshop Action that op[ens the Canvas Size dialog via the Image Menu, but it won't let me end the Action with the Canvas Size window still open.   I am looking at iCue to see if I can use one of it's G-keys but using key strokes is no different to using the shortcut directly.  I am wondering if I can get an iCue macro to navigate via the menu?

So right now, I am stuck with using the menu with the mouse, and as it is something I use a lot, it is annoyingly slow.  Of course I'd rather find what is causing this, so I think I'll need to uninstall Brave to confirm or eliminate it as the cause.  But one way or another, I REALLY don't want to have to keep using the menu to open Canvas Size.

Any thoughts anyone?

Brave uninstalled, Computer restarted, still not working

Shortcut is definitelyt still assigned.

What else could trap and steal focus for Ctrl Alt C ?

I reinstalled the video card driver yesterday, but this was well after Canvas Size sortcut stopped working.

I turned of the Nvidia G-force Experience overlay a couple of days ago, but it is no longer showing as a running process.

I think I might try reinstalling Photoshop to see if it can steal back focus for the shortcut, but I'd still welcome any thoughts.

Is this a clue?

I use the Lazy Nezumi Pro toolbar with it parked on my main screen.

Ctrl Alt C causes that toolbar to disappear, and it remains invisible till I click on LNP.

Note, no other shortcuts I've tried have this effect.

I obviously closed LNP and made sure it was not showing in Task Manager, but Canvas Size was still not working.

This thing is kicking my butt!  😞

This is starting to bug me now.  I have been through the open processes list line by line.

I found a handy site that gives you apps that use a particular shortcut which didn't help.

What is the most annoying is that I can't even use a workaround.  The best I can think of is to make an action that adds, say 10, 100, 500 pixels all round using a shortcut with modifiers for the higher values.
