Question

Careful reverting. I lost my brushes, actions and workspace today.

Because the update is still Photoshop 2020 ALL of your settings are lost when you revert from 21.2 back to a working 21.1.3

Actions, Workspace, Settings. Poof.

Please let me know if there is a workaround.

Photoshop stores all the settings in the form of files. If they are critical for you and you cannot repeat them, then it is advisable to periodically copy them to a safe place

On Windows, most user settings are stored in two directories:
~ AppData \ Roaming \ Adobe \ Adobe Photoshop 2020 \ Adobe Photoshop 2020 Settings \
~ AppData \ Roaming \ Adobe \ Adobe Photoshop 2020 \ Presets \

So, I had tech support attempt to fix this before I posted. When you revert, photoshop REWRITES the presets folders. Because the new update is still Photoshop 2020 it replaced them. I didn't think about this and needed to save them out of that folder.

This is BAD UI design.

Hi

It's always a good idea to backup your settings
