Is anyone having problem with the CC app not connecting. it started last night and this morning it said to reinstall it, which I did. It just sits there spinning. After a few minutes it give me this. Repair runs but doesn't fix it.

Try uninstalling the CC app with this tool, first right click on the CC app in the taskbar and select Quit
Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

Go into task manager and right click on the following services and select End Task, then run the uninstaller
