cc icon in bottom right corner in photoshop

Hi all, in previous versions of Photoshop CC. The CC icon in the bottom right hand corner of Photoshop in windows once clicked used to have the cc app pop up/fly out within the program and you could access and search in market etc. On my cc 2020 that same icon is now greyed out and can no longer click on it.. I have contacted customer support and the agent just kept playing with the composition that was open in my Photoshop and then told me it isn't an issue. Can anyone help with either how to get this icon active again or where to find market etc please?

In Adobe's default workspace I see a trash can icon?
