CC Library panel crash and freeze on right-click

Having had this problem for over half a year and guess it's finally time to do something about it.

across two MacBook Pro, one 2015 and one 2019 model. The in-app CC library panel occasionally freezes and crashes immediately when I right click on an asset. It remains frozen after I reopen it through the "Window" menu. I've attached a short video as a demo.

The initial panel crash happens randomly and infrequently during my workflow, but once it crashes once, even restarting my computer sometimes won't completely fix the problem. After the once-in-a-while crash, restarting the program unfreeze the panel but anymore right-click will cause the crush again.

Important that this happens in both Illustrator and Photoshop. So my assumption is that it's a bug related to CC's UI itself. Would love to some more thoughts on how to deal with this.
