cc2019 opengl

I am using cc2019 but can't opengl.

In cs5, cs6 it worked well.

I am using gtx770. Latest drivers.

According to adobe, the 770 supports opengl.

Checking opengl doesn't work.

I want to use opengl in cc2019. help me...

i'm using gogle translator... sorry

Can you go to Photoshop > Help > System info an press the copy button. Then paste the info here.

Deleting and reinstalling Photoshop. This is exactly the same as this link. https://community.adobe.com/t5/Photoshop/OpenGl-Disabled/td-p/10186303

Pressing the 3d menu does not select anything.

I don't think it's a RAM problem. My RAM is 16G.

Hello. I solved the problem. I am using Cintique. If i run cc2019 on Cintique, i will not be able to use opengl. However, if run cc2019 on the main monitor, can use opengl normally.
