Certain Text Inputs are stealing focus, and hotkey trapping is inconsistent.

For example, the Feather field when using the selection marquee tool, It often steals focus for seemingly no reason (I'm sure there is a reason, but I haven't figured out what it is yet, I just know that when alt+scroll to zoom stop working, mash the escape key about 5 times until it defocuses).

The Scroll wheel to zoom no longer functions on the canvas while some text inputs have focus, but End and Home buttons don't change the position of the caret, but instead will scroll the document to the top or bottom (while beeping at me, as though I'm doing something wrong). Shift Home and Shift End to highlight text also don't work. Ctrl+A within a textbox will select all the text, but photoshop will beep at me like I'm doing something wrong.

Dropdown menus, however, work just fine with Home and End as well as Page Up and Page Down.
