Change cloud settings from Creative Cloud Desktop to Creative Cloud

I work on two different laptops. One is a Microsoft Surface the other is a MacBook Air. My cloud files are different between the two. On my Air when I save to Creative Cloud, it saves to the my Creative Cloud Desktop folder and on my Surface, it saves to the actual Cloud. I want my MacBook to save to the Cloud so that I can access my files on my Surface. How can I change this?

What is the "actual Cloud"? I have both Mac and Windows and can see my files on both. If you can show screenshots of the locations, I'll check my setup.

macOS

Mac Finder

Windows

Windows File Explorer:

  • Check the folder on your hard drive on each device.
  • Check to see if you are using the same Adobe ID to log in on both devices.
