Is there any way to change color profile for bulk at once ?

One could, for example, record an Action (with just the one step if nothing else is needed) and apply it to multiple images via

File > Automate > Batch

or

File > Scripts > Image Processor

what i mean is converting. i want to convert mixed up tiff images to Adobe RGB.

Then I would recommend recording the conversion in an Action and applying it via Batch.
