How do I change controls that are not in the Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts... menu ?

I need to change ASAP the mouse wheel to zoom in or out, and change the mouse wheel button to pan

Just like any other decent CAD application...

The zoom setting is in the preferences, but the pan, might be in your mouse properties. If I use a pointing device, it's a tablet, so I'm guessing that the mouse might have the same sort of panel, depending upon your mouse.

Edit: Actually with panning, most people just press the spacebar to quickly change to the hand tool.

Spacebar is still a hassle here. Still complicated compared to other programs.

You can also hold down the ctrl or cmd key while using the scroll wheel to pan.
