Change Title to Diagonal

How can I change my title and subtitle to a diagonal version, as on the bigger graphic?

@Geobop hit Ctrl + T to enter free transform, hold down Ctrl + Shift and drag the centre transform point up

Thanks, but when I click on the anchor point, it only gives me the options of dragging the image to the right or turning it. I can't drag it up.

You need to hold down Ctrl + Shift while dragging where the arrow is pointing
