Changing e-mail address

This account is through my work e-mail (a corporate account). I am soon going to be leaving the job and going to another, but the posts I have made in the Community forums seeking answers for bugs that I've found will not be accessible without the company e-mail login. Is there a way to transfer the community activity to my personal account?
As you can see in the attached screenshot, there's no option to change e-mail address as there would be on a personal account

You can normally change emails via Manage Acount, is the subscription paid for by your company?
I attach screen shots of the usual way of changing an email.

It is paid for by the company. You can see in the screenshot of my post that there is no option to change e-mail address.

Seems like you need to take out your own subscription if you want to continue using Photoshop and Lightroom. The Photography plan costs around $10 a month.
