Is there a way to change the fps while working in a video timeline with either photos or video? It currently shows 30fps for a series of photos that I'm working with.

Thanks.

You mentioned you can't adjust the frame rate during a movie, though you next mentioned how to do it in the Timeline/Animation panel options, and I was just able to do this.

1. What is the difference between what you mentioned the first time and the second?

Thanks.

You can adjust the 'speed' of a particular clip in the timeline, but this removes frames to speed it up, and adds frames to slow it down.  The timelime, and final render, will still have the original frame rate.

Frame Rate is one for whole movie.

You can,t adjust this during a movie. But you can add or remove some frames to make similar effect.

But of course you can change global Frame Rate - use Set Timeline Frame Rate command in Timeline/Animation panel options
