How can I change Language inside PS? Was no probs with LR-CC
I got the Swedish versions, but prefer now to have both of them in English.
Changed LR-CC classic, but can´t find it in PS-CC 2018

Try by going in Edit>Preferences>Interface: Interface language

If you get only Swedish try restarting you computer.

If nothing happens, as last chance, try this

    close PS.go to: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC2017\Locales\YOUR_LANGUAGE\Support Files

find this file tw10428.dat and modify name in tw10428.dat.backup

You can set that all the apps that you install from creative cloud are on your preferred language, just setting it up in the Creative Cloud App > Preferences > Creative Cloud > App Language and choose the one you like

You do this by first changing the language to English in the CC desktop app.

Then uninstall and reinstall Photoshop from the CC desktop app.

For details see here: Change the language setting of your Creative Cloud apps

    Per,
I knew that I could uninstall and then install the right version, but
i thought it could be as easy as in LR-cc Classic.
Thanks anyway for helping me out. Tried Ahmed´s solution and that helped.

Thank you so very much Ahmed!
The last of your suggestion helped.
    I had this file: tw10428_Photoshop_sv_SE.dat.
Changed as you wrote to this: tw10428_Photoshop_sv_SE.dat.backup
