My boss has asked me to tone down his ni*ple. I know there will be numerous ways but would be keen to know the experts' suggestions on the best/most efficient process. (Adobe would not let me post the actual word for this body part for some reason)

You're right that there are many ways this could be done. I used the Healing Brush tool. took a sampling point in a smooth area of the shirt and clicked a few times to remove the unspeakable.
