Chromatic aberration??

This looks like moiré.

We've seen some cases where buggy lens profiles in ACR can cause something like this. Try to turn off the lens profile and check again. If that fixes it, post it under "Bugs" with full info (system and camera/lens).

Moire itself is an interference pattern. Since the camera sensor uses a Bayer array where each sensor pixel is color-decoded in the demosaicing, you often get color effects.
