Cintiq Pen Useless in Specific Bevel/Emboss Functions

This is a new bug for me. It's worked before today.

I'm trying to use the bevel/emboss tool on a layer using my stylus on my Cintiq. I can use the "Structure" portion fine but the sliders and other bits in the "Shading" area are not working at all. A mouse works fine but that is an annoying work around. Am I the only one with this problem? I'm using Windows. - Thanks in advance, Community

Update - And now it seems it doesn't want to work on the "structure" portion either. This is inconvenient.

@Bink58 I have a Wacom Intuos pro and the Pen is working fine for me with all the layer style settings with Photoshop version 25.9.1 on Windows 11, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset
