Clicking in scroll bar while using lasso tool moves canvas.

Hello, I've got the problem mentioned above.

This did not happen before the 21.1.0 update, I assume this is a bug like many others that came with this update. The other bugs seem to be reported, I found them mentioned in the forum, but I could not find particularly this one mentioned above, thank you.

Last update did not fix this... but turning on overscroll at least works now, because zooming with cmd and + or - always centered the view, now the view at least stays after the update where I'm working...
